Ceremonies
An Honouring Ceremony
Do you have a special birthday coming up, or a friend that is getting married, or someone you want to especially honour, or do you just want to give yourself some self-love… an Honouring Ceremony is a beautiful way of doing this. Each ceremony is sacred and created just for you and for your friend or family.
I weave together different elements to create something magical, honouring and deeply empowering. This can include elemental blessings, sacred foot washing, massage, healing, releasing/letting go, blessings from Goddess. This can be a one-to-one ceremony or held in a group of friends.
A Blessingway Ceremony
A Blessingway ceremony is a beautiful ceremony, based on traditional Native American practices, which honours mothers-to-be and the journey they're about to make in giving birth. They are now very popular as an addition or an alternative to a baby shower, which is more about receiving gifts for the baby. A Blessingway is a sacred ceremony which empowers the mother-to-be in the journey she is making to become a mother.
The ceremony is held by a circle of women (and sometimes men too). The sisters, mothers, grandmothers and friends are invited to sit in circle and offer the mother their love, support and wisdom. It can be a very healing ceremony, one which transforms fear and apprehension. It prepares mothers mentally and spiritually, and helps them to feel empowered for their birthing journey. It also involves some yummy pampering, energy clearing, blessings, songs/poems, healing, belly henna/painting, gifts, and lots of cake and chocolate!

Baby Naming Ceremony
A Baby Naming ceremony is a lovely way to celebrate the birth of a new baby and to welcome them into your family and community, and the world. The whole family and God/dess parents/guardians can be involved in this ceremony, which may include readings, music, songs and blessings. It is a wonderful celebration and opportunity to present your baby to the community in a sacred way. These ceremonies are nature-based, working with the elements of air, fire, water and earth, and can be held outdoors in nature or somewhere meaningful to you.
Cost
All ceremony prices are sliding scale, depending on how much the ceremony is worth to you and what you can afford. Please contact me to discuss.
Ceremonies
Handfastings and Legal Weddings
Handfastings are an ancient pagan ceremony which brings together two beloveds in a sacred union. It is a celebration of love, and one that is aligned to your spiritual beliefs. The Handfasting is a beautiful ceremony which includes blessings of the natural elements of Air, Fire, Water and Earth. These can be held out on the land or in a venue of your choice. I can also hold Legal Weddings at the Glastonbury Goddess Temple. See website for more information.
